Paynova completed a private placement of 11.2 million SEK. The placement was supported by the Board which believes increased ownership by professional and institutional investors will be beneficial for all shareholders. It was especially encouraging to see a long-term and value-focused institutional investor like Origo Quest becoming one of the largest shareholders.
