Hexatronic has announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire Ericsson’s fiber cable and duct business in New Zealand. The purchase price amounts to approximately 30 MSEK and is funded through the use of acquisition credit. We find the purchase attractive, both regarding the price tag and future growth prospects for the new subsidiary.
