Formpipe's Q3 report just released showed sales of 88.1 mSEK, slightly above our estimate at 85.1 mSEK mostly due to FX effects. Also the other developments in the traditionally weaker Q3 were mostly as expected - apart from a restructuring primarily in the Danish general consulting business. This exercise impacted EBIT with 3.5 mSEK, reducing the margin to 3.1% compared to our expectation at 5.4%. At the same time, the measure is aligned with the firm's strategy of being a product company and also helps Formpipe to reduce volatile, non-recurring revenues.
