Cherry: New acquisition from Cherry, strengthens up in Restaurant casino

Today Cherry announced the acquisition of Betman AB. Cherry will take over the gaming contracts, casino personnel, and equipment with effect from 1st October 2016. Betman operates at 15 venues with 27 tables in Stockholm, Salen, and Visby. Cherry is paying roughly 2x expected EBITDA.
