On the 24 of May, Playtech announced the acquisition of the Stockholm-based QuickSpin AB. The company was founded in 2011 and develops software and games for online gambling, such as video slots. Playtech acquires QuickSpin for a maximum consideration of SEK 470m (EUR 50m). QuickSpin is a direct peer to Cherry’s subsidiary Yggdrasil. We believe the acquisition multiples confirms our positive view on the value of Yggdrasil.
